Further to the CARE's intention to diversify its revenues and load level its manufacturing activities, the team spent time designing and developing a product and idea to combine a traditional grain cart with a Seed Tender Cart . We felt that the product was clearly within CARE's organizational competency and we worked to manufacture a prototype for use in the Spring Seeding activity and could also be used in the fall in harvest activities.
